An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced accounts payable administrator to work for a fast-paced high-volume accounts payable team within an IT solutions organisation located in central Auckland.
This is a temporary role for 2-3 months working full-time hours Monday to Friday.
This position will include accounts payable functions and the ideal candidate will be required to have experience in this field. We are looking for a motivated individual with a can-do attitude and the capacity to work in a busy environment processing high volumes of invoices.
Ideally, to be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes:

Accounts payable and administration experience within a large scale environment- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Advanced Microsoft skills
- Experience using Netsuite or Xero is an advantage
- Excellent reconciliation and numerical skills
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
