Ihre Aufgaben:
Betreuung von Expansionsprojekten im zugewiesenen Marktgebiet
Generierung von Expansions-Leads
Identifizierung von White Spots
Betreuung von Wirtschaftsförderungen der Kommunen im Marktgebiet
Unterschriftsreife Verhandlung von Kauf-, Erbbaurechts- und Mietverträgen als Vertreter des Nutzers
Betreuung der Projekte bis zur Übergabereife (Betriebseröffnung) für den Kunden
Überwachung der Übergabevoraussetzungen
Schaffung von Baurecht
Korrespondenz mit externen Prozessbeteiligten (Bauämter, Architekten, Gutachter, Verkäufer, Vermieter etc.)
Abstimmung mit internen und kundenseitigen Stakeholdern (Finance, Operations, Construction)
Ihr Profil
Eine Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann / -kauffrau und/oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Immobilienschwerpunkt
3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der kaufmännischen Verwaltung und in der Betreuung gewerblicher Objekte sowie Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Firmenkunden
Kenntnisse des deutschen Immobilienmarktes sind von Vorteil
Ein hohes Maß an Team- und Kommunikationskompetenzen sowie eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
Ein hohes Maß an Engagement, Initiative, Qualitätsbewusstsein
