Job Duties:
- Provide support to the HR Manager in all aspects of Human Resources & Administrative operations
- Participate in talent acquisition process including JD drafting, CV screening, and interview logistics and onboarding arrangement
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and events
- Support the HR database management
- Conduct market research in relation to latest HR updates/ regulations/ initiatives, etc.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirement:
- University undergraduate students in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin; both written and spoken
- Strong communication; organization and time management skills
- Self-motivated, independent; multi-tasking with strong team spirit
