Job Summary,
Your primary responsibility is to support the efficient operation of the store by assisting with various tasks related to inventory management, customer service, and general store operations. You will work closely with the store manager and other team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers and maintain a well-organized and properly stocked store environment.
Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders.
Unpack and properly store merchandise in designated areas.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory reconciliation.
Assist in monitoring inventory levels and notifying the store manager when stock is low.
Help maintain accurate inventory records and perform data entry tasks as required.
Store Operations:Assist in the setup and organization of merchandise displays.
Ensure shelves, racks, and product displays are neat and properly stocked.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including aisles, storage areas, and checkout counters.
Assist in maintaining appropriate product pricing and signage.
Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
Order Fulfillment:Assist in fulfilling online orders, if applicable, including picking and packing merchandise.
Prepare orders for shipping or customer pickup and ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with the delivery team or courier services to arrange timely shipment.
Administrative Tasks:Assist in maintaining store records, including sales transactions, inventory reports, and customer information.
Complete required paperwork, such as purchase orders, invoices, and return forms.
Help with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Part-time hours: 6 per week
Salary: QAR1,500.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month
