Description
Establish and manage a portfolio of client companies, providing corporate secretarial and administration support.- Coordinate and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations, including the incorporation, liquidation, and re-domiciliation of entities.
- Prepare and review legal documentation, such as shareholder agreements, board resolutions, and powers of attorney.
Profiles
- Bachelor or Master's degree or equivalent in experience.
- Around 2 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg.
