Responsible for providing Human Resources (HR) Services support across multiple HR functions to a particular site or geographic area. Responsibilities include: team member consultation on benefits administration/programs, maintaining
team member files and records, providing operational support on onboarding/off-boarding/transfers and assisting with other HR COE shared services work. Assists with the administration of vendor programs and manages vendors’ service
level performance. Project manages site and cross-functional HR operations related initiatives.
Our Analyst, HR Shared Services:
- Responsible for providing Human Resources (HR) Services support virtually and in-person as needed across multiple HR functions to a particular geographic area – primarily our Cairo, Egypt on-site location as well as virtually support Middle East and EMEA countries. May also provide back-up support to APJ and Americas as well.
- Serves as primary point-of-contact for “tier 1” employee inquiries/concerns and consultation including but not limited to HR-related policies, practices, benefits administration/programs, maintaining employee files and records, providing operational support on onboarding/off-boarding/transfers and assisting with other HRBP/Generalist support virtually and/or on-site as needed.
- Assists with the administration of vendor programs and manages vendors’ service level performance.
- Project manages site and cross-functional HR operations, talent management, performance management, mobility and similar initiatives as assigned by leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Directs employees to appropriate resolution resources
- Exercises independent judgment to determine appropriate action
- Assists in the establishment, coordination, implementation and administration of various functional HR programs such as benefits, retirement, compensation, training, retention and similar functional programs
- Collaborates across HR functions and payroll to ensure end to end audit / compliance with administrative/delivery requirements of the company, federal and local regulations
- May assist in design and delivery of various HR communications
- Coordinates and supports functional projects with inside and outside customers and vendors
- Participates in enterprise-wide redesign initiatives that will encompass end to end analysis and future state redesign that requires strong process knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Potentially develops projects/processes that are of a large, cross-functional scope and align with Shared Services and Employee Experience strategy
- Cross-trained in multiple HR administrative and support areas of the employee experience team
- May serve as team lead on cross-functional projects
- Serves as ambassador of the company culture code
- Supports change management on HR applications/systems/processes

Education/Experience:
- 0-2 years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree
