As a Senior Field Account Manager at NI, you will lead and inspire our top accounts to Engineer Ambitiously. You will drive impactful objectives that increases competitive advantages of our key customers, which in turn drives accelerated, sustainable business growth for both the customer and NI. With deep market insight, and executive relationships, you will act as an expert connector of people, bridging subject matter experts within and outside of NI, with outcome of mutual wins. Through the actions that embody the above, you will build on the reputation of NI as a trusted partner for Business and Personal Success.
This is a senior position, the Senior Field Account Manager will own key Taiwan Automotive accounts, including Delta, Chroma, Pegatron, Inventec and Lite-On, reporting directly to NI Taiwan Site Leader. You should be familiar with test instruments, for both design and production, and have years of experiences in automotive testing.

- Identify areas that are both Large Value to customer and Great Opportunity for NI through due diligence done by research and networking.
- Apply problem solving and project management skills to make progress in those areas of Large Value as customer objectives.
- Plan and execute on Account Development Strategies that convert the above objectives to actual demand as sales opportunities.
- Manage, Influence and Close Sales Opportunities by understanding Business, Personal and Technical needs and connecting to the value we can provide through our systems, services and partners.
- Assure the success of the objectives by managing and leveraging the right resources.
- Constantly expand on the area of influence that NI can contribute to by engaging new groups and customer leadership.
- Representing customer needs as potential at the accounts to drive internal business decisions for future investment directions.

Required
- Ability to develop and maintain executive-level relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to influence customer’s organization by guiding the customer top priorities and initiatives, and address challenges, that aligns to NI strengths.
- Proven ability to shape and lead collaborative, cross-functional teams, engaging the right people to support the account strategy.
- History of positively impacting customers business objectives.
Preferred
- Existing relationship with key decision makers at automotive accounts.
- Knowledge of/Credibility with automotive industry and EV/Battery test.
- Experience using Salesforce.com to track and forecast account activities.
- Hands-on knowledge of NI software and hardware.
- Perceived as a thought leader in industry related subject matter.
Minimum Requirements for This Role would be
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university, or above.
- 10yrs+ experience as an Account Manager at any Test & Measurement company.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
